No experience is needed . Our Beginner-friendly classes introduce Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu step by step , with guidance from our instructors. You can start at your own pace
Can i try a class before joining ?
Yes! We offer a free trial class at Gracie Barra Greenwich. Use the free trial form on our website to book, and our team will help you get started .
Do I need to be fit before starting ?
No. You can start at your current fitness level and build up gradually. Our instructors will guide you , and you can train at a pace that suits you.
What should i bring to my first class ?
We will provide a uniform for your trial class. Please bring a bottle of water and flip-flops or sandals to wear off the mats. Arrive 15 minutes early so we can welcome you and help you prepare .
Is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Suitable for children ?
Yes! Our children´s classes help develop confidence , discipline , respect and coordination in a supportive environment. No previous experience is needed. Contact us to find the right class for your child.
What ages can train at Gracie Barra Greenwich ?
We offer classes for children from 3 years old , teenagers and adults , with no upper age limit.
